Rooted in North Dakota

Danny grew up in the small rural North Dakota town of Linton, where hard work and community were part of everyday life.

After high school, he joined the North Dakota Army National Guard. That choice shaped the next nineteen years of his life.

After finishing military training, Danny went to North Dakota State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business. This gave him both technical skills and practical know-how.

A Turning Point

When Danny came back from his second deployment in November 2022, he started looking for something more in his civilian career.

More purpose.

More challenge.

More opportunity.

That’s when Kelsi Hach gave him the chance to start a career in real estate at Rafter Real Estate.

It wasn’t just a new job. It was a move to a career where his leadership, service, and discipline could help families as they made some of their biggest financial decisions.

Today, Danny uses his 19 years of Army National Guard experience in his real estate work.

He is the Senior Drill Sergeant for the Army National Guard Training Company, a role that requires clear communication, accountability, resilience, and guiding others under pressure.

He brings those same qualities to his work with clients.

With his background in Construction Management, Danny looks at more than just the surface of a home. He considers structure, materials, how the home works, and its long-term value when evaluating a property.

He serves the Bismarck and South Central North Dakota communities and is committed to helping buyers and sellers move forward with clarity and confidence.

Community Matters

Outside of work, Danny recently married Clara, from Montana. He is a proud godparent to four boys and has coached junior high wrestling for the past three years.

Mentoring young athletes is another way he shows leadership by helping the next generation build strength, discipline, and resilience.

For Danny, service is not just for certain times of the year.
