Hi! I am Amanda Wolf and I wanted to share a little joy on this not so cold (wahoo!) National Hot Chocolate Day and introduce myself to you.
Yep, I am a realtor and love what I do, but I am also a mini van loving mom, cherry coke fanatic, horrible singer and Harwood citizen for the past 15 years. My husband and I fell in love with a little rambler on Park Drive where we started our family and got to know the neighbors who are now are closest friends. I like to think we time lapse backwards after passing mile marker 70 on I-29 where the pace is a little slower, our kids a bit more free and the campfires endless. Some may think we are way up north but I like to think of it as the best kept secret of Fargo as we get to enjoy small town living with all the amenities of the big city.
I grew up in Cambridge, MN but we are usually more known for our partner city of Isanti since they have the hockey arena. Go Bluejackets! My husband, Shawn, is from Williston, ND and knows someone, no matter where we go and half the time they are related. I have come to love that about this state that I know call home.
We have two pre-teens, Tyler & Boston that attend Cheney Middle School and my wardrobe is getting greener by the day as we take on the role of Packer parents with accents of rose gold for the Fargo All Stars which Boston cheers on. We are in the season of taxing them around, so you might see what I refer to as "black lightening" carpooling kids from Harwood & Reiles Acres into the big city. We love watching them grow up in the smaller town but get to take advantage of what is only a few miles away.
As for being a realtor, the symbol behind my name is recently new, but I have been working in the industry for the past 11 years along side my now broker/business partner/best friend, Kelsi Hach. Our agency is based out of Bismarck making me the Eastern Agent for Rafter Real Estate but we work as a team on all transactions, start to finish making us a little different than most agencies, and I love that part!
My final love is for renovating homes, especially ramblers from the mid 1900's because I think they deserve to be homes again for their efficient layouts and coziness. If this interest you too - let's have some coffee - its on me!
Well, I better go cause it about time to start up black lightening and putting on my taxi hat. Enjoy your hot chocolate and this gorgeous spring weather!
If you are looking to buy, sell or have some friends or family that would love to move to our greatest kept secret north of mile marker 70 - give me a call, send a text or write up an email. I would love to help!
